How to create a Common category?

To create the COMMON category, you need to go to the dash board of MAIN SITE from MY SITE > NETWORK ADMIN > SITES. Then under post, there is a category and you can add new category there.
How to add new post under a COMMON category like Exhibitor, Products, Sponsors, coupons etc.?
To create a post under a COMMON category, you need to go to the dash board of MAIN SITE from MY SITE > NETWORK ADMIN > SITES. Then click on Post and then Add New Post. In the right panel of the new post interface, you will find CATEGORY list. From there, you need to select the CATEGORY you have created to use as common. Also there is a TAG box to select in which site(s) you want to show this post. If the TAG area is blank then click on Now, put your content in content are of the post and save and publish.
